Belly Growling Beginnings

Late last night I sliced up chicken breast, coated it in corn starch and fried it in a couple inches of vegetable oil. After saucing, then throwing it in a pan with semi-cooked broccoli and green onions, I showered the dish with sesame seeds and served to my salivating other half.
After being a vegetarian for so long, I still haven’t mastered chicken like I would like to. The experience at Aja Noodle gave me some different ideas of how to prepare and dress it, but I still manage to over cook it when given the opportunity.
This will be something that I conquer.
